Social media marketing एक ऐसी service है, जिसके जरिये से हम अपने Product, Services , या कोई Informations की जानकारी Social media platform के users/customer तक पहुचते है या उन्हें दिखते है।
चलिए हम एक Example के जरिये समझते है:- जैसा की आप सभी Facebook या Twitter जैसे Social Media Sites को तो चलते होंगे। आपने अक्सर देखा होगा की फेसबुक या ट्विटर जैसे सोशल साइट में Side bar या फिर post में Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, या Other Online Business Related के Advertise या Offers, Event, देखने को मिला होगा। उन Advertise पर click करते है तो हम उनकी Website पर Redirect हो जाते है या चले जाते है। इन्ही process में होने वाले गतिविधियों को Social Media Marketing कहते है।
